Returns & Exchanges

At Quella Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride; if you are not, you can return your bike or components within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition and securely packaged in the original box.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the bike if necessary and place it back in its original Quella shipping crate, ensuring all tools and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will help you arrange a specialized courier collection or provide a shipping label for drop-off at a local logistics point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the returned gear within 5 business days of arrival; once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method.
