How long will it take for my Quella bike to be delivered?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. For custom builds or international shipping, please allow 7-14 days for assembly and transit.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. A basic toolkit and instructions are included in every box.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built bikes are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Does my Quella bike come with a warranty?
Yes, all Quella frames and forks are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Components are also covered for 12 months, excluding general wear and tear items like tires and brake pads.
Can I switch between fixed gear and single speed?
Most of our models come equipped with a 'Flip-Flop' hub. This allows you to easily switch between a fixed gear and a freewheel by simply flipping the rear wheel around.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and V12 Retail Finance to help spread the cost of your purchase.
